HOW DO I DISPOSE OF THE SANITARY BIN WASTE?
The sanitary waste can be disposed of in your general rubbish collection.

HOW DO I DISPOSE OF THE LINERS CASSETTE?
The liners come in a cassette which is fully recyclable. 

WHAT COLOURS ARE THE SANITARY BINS AVAILABLE IN?
The Pod Petite Sanitary Disposal Bins are available in black or white. There are also decals that can be attached to the sanitary bins to provide an even more stylish and customised look for your washroom.

DO THE SANITARY DISPOSAL BINS NEED TO BE WALL-MOUNTED

ARE THE POD PETITE SANITARY BINS SUITABLE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS?

The sanitary bin system for the Pod Petite is ideal in a primary school. The units are easy to use and girls will find them a hygienic and discrete way to get rid of their sanitary waste. Furthermore, caretakers and cleaning staff can easily empty and dispose of the sanitary waste as, and when, needed. This keeps costs down instead of paying a company to clear the bins particularly since during school holidays there is no requirement for a service call.

WHAT BAGS CAN I USE AS LINERS?
Each sanitary bin comes with a cassette of 32 liners. The cassette and liners are specifically designed for the Pod Petite sanitary disposal units. You can't use any other bags or liners in the Pod Petite system. However, each cassette has 32 liners which will last a minimum of 6 months. Additional liners can be purchased via our products page.

CAN THE SANITARY BIN BE USED FOR OTHER WASTE?
The Pod Petite sanitary disposal unit is also ideal for safe and hygienic disposal of  incontinence pads and pants. This is more hygienic and provides odour control.

CAN I CHANGE A MANUAL UNIT TO AN AUTOMATIC UNIT?
Yes, the Pod Petite sanitary bin can be changed easily by swapping the back plate from the manual unit to a sensor box and vice versa.

HOW EASY IS THE SANITARY DISPOSAL UNIT TO INSTALL?
The Pod Petite sanitary disposal system is wall-mounted and really easy to install. Each unit comes with a page of instructions. There is also a video for to guide you through installation.

DO YOU PROVIDE AN INSTALLATION SERVICE?
Within the wider-Auckland area we can install the Pod Petite sanitary bin for you at a nominal fee. 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO CLEAR THE WASTE FROM THE SANITARY BIN?
It is quick and easy to see if the sanitary bin is full and needs clearing by opening the front flap. The transparent liner not only allows you to view the contents without exposure to the sanitary waste but also to see if any dangerous items have been placed in the sanitary bin.
